New Mornings’ support groups provide a safe and supportive place for people to meet together, share experiences, learn from and encourage each other. Topics discussed will include: Feelings, Defences, Family Messages, Control, Honouring memories, Personal growth, Forgiveness and Transition.
The group is guided by trained facilitators. It provides support, not therapy and does not replace professional care by a doctor or counsellor.
